Very fast postage, ease of purchase, no problems whatsoever!

Item was as described. Would have preferred there was sizing on the item description so it was a bit of a gamble in case it was too small, but it is the size of a standard pocket watch. Materials were good quality, overall very happy with the product!

Fob Watch delayed

I received my item 9 business days after ordering. While I must point out that the fob watch along with the wooden box is absolutely lovely, this was overshadowed by the delay in delivery. This was to be a gift to my son on the morning of his wedding and sadly the 1-2 business days with express postage didn't happen. The meaning of this gift is dampened somewhat now even though I will still gift it to him.
I can understand that Fob & Co cannot control the delivery, but it SHOULD NOT be stated that delivery is 1-2 days if this is not correct. I was only notified that a delay may occur after I had made the purchase and this was by Australia Post. If I had known it would take 9 business days I would not have purchased this item.
