What is the difference between full hunter, half hunter and open face?

A full hunter has a solid cover that closes over the dial on a hinge. A half hunter has a cover with a center window that shows the hour hand. An open face watch has no cover, so the dial is always visible. Skeleton watches show the movement through an open-worked dial.

Should I choose a mechanical or a Swiss quartz pocket watch?

A mechanical watch is wound by hand using the crown and needs no battery. A Swiss quartz watch runs on a battery, so you set it and leave it. Most of our watches are mechanical; the Classique collection is mostly Swiss quartz.

How do I wind a mechanical pocket watch?

Turn the crown gently clockwise until you feel resistance, then stop. Do not force it past that point. Winding once a day, at about the same time, keeps the watch running steadily.

When will my order be dispatched?

In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Made-to-order Classique watches are made in 2–3 weeks, FOB & Co backorders ship in 1–2 months, and engraving adds 2–4 business days where it is available.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard tracked shipping is US$9.99, and it is free on orders over US$149. Express shipping is US$19.99. Prices are in US dollars, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes. Orders ship with tracking. Your country may collect its own import taxes on delivery. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return or exchange a pocket watch?

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery on unworn, un-engraved watches in their original packaging. The customer pays return postage. For a faulty item, contact us. For a made-to-order Classique watch, contact us first; an exchange is not guaranteed.

Can I have a pocket watch engraved?

Yes, on the watches in Personalized Pocket Watches. Add your name, date or message where the product page offers engraving. Engraving adds 2–4 business days, and engraved watches are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges unless faulty.
